Ynvolve launches APAC operations after 10 years of European customer satisfaction

March 24, 2016 – Ynvolve is pleased to announce the extension of its sales operations to the APAC region. After 10 years of European and North American customer satisfaction and ongoing growth, Martijn Niessen, CEO of Ynvolve and the Infinite Group, is looking forward to expanding the range of services offered to already existing South East Asian customers.

“Opening a sales and customer support’s office in Australia is a sensible choice. We have done well delivering equipment in South East Asia but have not offered our full range of services to our clients in that region. Having an APAC sales office will be beneficial to our clients as there won’t be any more overnight waiting for answers, and they will have access to our full 360 offer. While our main goal is that our existing clients get the timely service and support they need, we also wish to develop our business in that region” explains Martijn Niessen.

Dean Michael joined the Ynvolve team on October 1, 2015 to manage the APAC office. With a strong background in sales and marketing, wide cultural knowledge and years of proving strategy and leadership in the corporate world, he is a perfect fit for the Dutch firm. “I’m thrilled to be part of the Ynvolve team based in Sydney and looking after Asia Pacific!” says Dean. “I have no doubt that working together closely with APAC customers, we will make a difference in the IT industry.”
